This is a therapist-assisted stretch session incorporating neuromuscular techniques, joint mobilization, and corrective movement support. Not a relaxation service.

This is a clothed full body stretch session.  Benefiting targeted specific muscle groups. Offering 60 minutes or 90 minutes. Please prepare for the session with comfortable clothing (exercise gear).
