Consultation/ Initial Evaluation Visit

Our New Patient Consultation is a comprehensive intake designed to understand your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals so we can create a safe, effective, and personalized treatment plan.

This consultation is required for all first-time clients seeking medical massage therapy, lymphatic drainage, post-surgical recovery support, or structured wellness programs.

During this session, we assess lymphatic health, areas of congestion or inflammation, pain patterns, post-operative needs, and lifestyle factors that may be affecting your recovery or overall well-being.

We are an out-of-network provider for medical massage and lymphatic therapy services for all insurance except Aetna.

Payment is due at the time of service.

As a courtesy, we provide Superbills upon request so patients may submit them directly to their insurance carrier for possible reimbursement based on their individual plan.

Insurance reimbursement is determined solely by the patient’s insurance provider.

We do not bill insurance companies directly and cannot guarantee reimbursement.
